Our Commitment to Quality

At Roy Coffee Co, we roast every bag to order to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every cup.

Coffee Returns

We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of our product and our commitment to freshness. All sales are final once the order has been fulfilled.

However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, and we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or there's an issue with your order, we've got you covered.

We will replace or refund orders in the following cases:

•  Damaged in transit - Torn bags, crushed packaging, or spilled coffee
• Incorrect order - You received the wrong coffee or quantity
• Defective product - Stale coffee, off-flavors due to roasting/packaging issues
  
• Missing items - Part of your order didn't arrive

How to Report an Issue

If you receive damaged or defective coffee:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Email us at  hello@roy.coffee
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
4. Attach photos if possible (damaged packaging, defective product, etc.)

We'll review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution.
